Supply Chain Planning Consultant
">This is a hands-on role that involves working closely with clients to implement and deploy advanced planning systems (APS). The consultant will play a crucial role in driving end-to-end supply chain planning transformations for clients across industries such as life sciences, consumer goods, and manufacturing.
The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in implementing and configuring APS, including solvers, dispatchers, and ADM rules. They will also have a strong understanding of manufacturing production scheduling (MPS), detailed planning (DPS), material requirements planning (MRP), and demand/supply balancing.
In this role, the consultant will drive OMP implementations, customize and optimize solutions, analyze and improve business processes, engage with clients, develop functional and technical specifications, and support user training and change management.
The successful candidate will have 4+ years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably with 6+ months of hands-on OMP configuration and deployment experience. They will also be able to bridge technical solutions and business needs, translating complex business needs into technical requirements.
A master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field is required. Additionally, the candidate should have experience working with global organizations in life sciences, consumer goods, manufacturing, or chemicals.
The team is highly motivated and attaches great importance to values such as collaboration, analytical problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement.
