Senior Programme Delivery Leadership

We seek a highly experienced Senior Programme Delivery Executive to join our team. As a key member of our programme delivery function, you will be responsible for delivering high-profile infrastructure projects, working closely with our clients, partners, and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in programme delivery, with a proven track record of leading large-scale infrastructure projects. You will be an expert in contract management, financial management, and change management, with a deep understanding of NEC 3 or 4 environments.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading contract coordination during the procurement phase.
  • Managing contracts budgets, providing regular reporting and resource allocation.
  • Determining and tracking delivery milestones and key performance indicators.
  • Cultivating stakeholder relationships across the project, partners, and wider client team.

Key Qualifications:

  • 15+ years' experience in programme/project delivery, with at least 10 years of senior management experience.
  • Experience from inception to completion of complex high-value metro and/or rail projects.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, including project management, procurement, contract management, financial management, and change management.
  • In-depth understanding of design and delivery requirements for technically complex projects.
