Your primary responsibility will be to create a team vision and product roadmap, setting SMART goals for the team and individuals alike. You'll be intensely customer focused, understanding your customers' challenges and constantly looking for ways to solve them.

You'll enjoy being a great people manager, building, motivating, and mentoring a world-class software engineering team. A proven track record in recruiting and retaining top talent is essential, as well as excelling in day-to-day people and performance management tasks.

As a Cloud Computing Manager, you'll be responsible for partnering with product and program management teams, communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy.

You'll also be expected to recruit, hire, mentor/coach, and manage teams of Software Engineers to improve their skills and make them more effective product software engineers.
