The Operations Assistant plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, working closely with colleagues to achieve common goals.

This role involves assisting with all aspects of receiving, stocking, replenishing, counting, picking, checking, packing and dispatching goods, as well as accurately and timely processing customer sales orders and returns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately handle receipt, stocking, replenishment, counting, picking, checking, packing and dispatch of goods.
  • Process customer orders and returns efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring all equipment is used safely and properly.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse storage and distribution environment.
  • A strong commitment to meeting deadlines under pressure.
  • The ability to grasp, bend, walk, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 pounds.
