Warehouse Operations Manager

The Warehouse Operations Manager will oversee the efficient management of warehouse activities, ensuring timely delivery of goods and meeting customer deadlines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate warehouse operations to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless delivery processes.
  • Manage inventory levels and optimize stock control systems.
  • Solve problems and provide guidance as necessary to maintain efficiency.
  • Oversee logistics functions and provide direction for employees.
  • Balance daily service requirements with long-term business goals.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to regulatory standards.
  • Resolve any arising issues or complaints.
  • Ensure assets are properly maintained and serviced.
  • Effectively manage stock control through perpetual inventory cycle counting.
  • Deliver exceptional service results within established parameters.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in logistics management.
  • Record of successful distribution and logistics leadership.
  • Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff effectively.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Certified Professional in Logistics (CPL) Holder.
  • Capacity to work independently and handle multiple projects.
