Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all Supply Chain Processes, including Net Requirements, RCCP, and Distribution Planning.
  • Leads planning in generating rough cut capacity plans (RCCP) with risk/tradeoff assumptions and feasible supply plans based on capacity.
  • Reviews multi-site constraints to balance Demand and Supply.
  • Supports distribution planning, including further distribution between warehouse nodes, and redeployment of inventory to meet customer service goals.
  • Manages projects, programs, or processes for the Supply Chain area.
  • Participates in S&OP/IBP Process to provide transparency of risks and opportunities and drive E2E decisions.
  • Supports the shaping and sustaining of an effective, motivated Supply Chain team by providing technical training and support in the use of Supply Chain tools and software.
  • Develops actionable insights of analyses of trends and the competitive landscape to continually improve the organization's Supply Chain strategy.

Requirements:

  • University bachelor's degree is required.
  • MBA or equivalent experience.
  • 5-10 years of related experience leading planning teams.
  • Experience with ERP (SAP/APO/SNP); Advanced Planning Systems (OMP).
  • Green Belt Six Sigma Certifications & Supply Chain Certification desirable.
  • Project Management Certification Preferred.
  • English Proficiency Required.
  • 10% Travel.
