- The program is designed to develop the next generation of leaders across end-to-end global supply chain functions.
- Functional areas include operations, procurement, quality, planning, customer and logistics services, project and process engineering, facilities engineering, and quality technical support.
Key Components:
- Combine on-the-job experience with business, leadership & personal development training
- Rotational assignments across multiple sites throughout the EU and Switzerland
Role Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate ability to understand how our global supply chain functions connect to support our customers worldwide
- Gain experience across the global end-to-end supply chain
- Participate in planning, production and distribution of products and services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a field such as supply chain, business administration, business management, data science or engineering
- Strong academic performance in university
- Interest in exploring multifunctional assignments across a global supply chain
- Professional experience in a relevant area (minimum 3 months preferred)
