Job Overview

Driving business growth through strategic supply chain management is a key objective of this Senior Manager Application Support role.

This individual will oversee multiple teams focused on resolving errors, improving processes and ensuring timely issue resolution.

About the Position

This position plays a critical role in driving continuous improvement of supply chain processes and solutions.

Responsibilities include organizational leadership, metrics tracking, support documentation, business process expertise, data quality management, and communication of improvement initiatives.

  • Lead multiple teams providing application support and identify trends to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve supply chain performance.
  • Monitor metrics and data quality to inform business decisions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
  • Relevant work experience within a similar role.
  • Experience in Supply Chain, Sourcing and/or Sustainability operations.
  • Process design, reviews and improvement strategies.
  • Direct people management and leadership of diverse global teams.

Desirable qualifications include a Master's degree, strong executive presence, proactive ownership and planning skills, and proven experience leading complex projects and integrating feedback.
