Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead and develop our Global Supply Planning team, optimize the Supply Network Planning (SNP) process to ensure flawless supply chain operations.

">

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of driving excellence in supply planning and be motivated to make a significant impact.

">

Key Responsibilities:

">

- Responsible for all SNP Processes, including Net Requirements, Network RCCP, and Distribution Planning.

">

- Leads planning in generating rough cut capacity plans (RCCP) with risk/tradeoff assumptions and feasible supply plans based on capacity.

">

- Reviews multi-site constraints to balance Demand and Supply.

">

- Supports distribution planning, including further distribution between warehouse nodes, and redeployment of inventory to meet customer service goals.

">

- Manages projects, programs, or processes for the SNP area.

">

- Participates in S&OP/IBP Process to provide transparency of risks and opportunities and drive E2E decisions.

">

- Supports the shaping and sustaining of an effective, motivated SNP team by providing technical training and support in the use of SNP tools and software.

">

- Develops actionable insights of analyses of trends and the competitive landscape to continually improve the organization's Supply Chain strategy.

">

Qualifications:

">

- Education: University bachelor's degree is required. MBA or equivalent experience.

">

- Experience and Skills: Required - 5-10 years of related experience leading planning teams. Experience with ERP (SAP/APO/SNP); Advanced Planning Systems (OMP).

">

- Preferred - Green Belt Six Sigma Certifications & Supply Chain Certification desirable. Project Management Certification Preferred.

">

- Other: English Proficiency Required. 10% Travel.
