Job Description

We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee multiple teams focusing on fallout error support, correction, and reconciliation. The ideal candidate will ensure timely execution of these tasks while partnering extensively with Global Supply Chain, Sourcing, and Sustainability organizations.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee subject matter experts responsible for application support, identifying trends, and working towards standard solutions.
  • Partner with IT and solution providers, as well as various stakeholder groups across the organization.
  • Lead organizational leadership, metrics tracking, crisp and clear support documentation, business process subject matter expertise, data quality management, and communication of improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
  • Relevant work experience within a similar role.
  • Experience in Supply Chain, Sourcing, and/or Sustainability operations.
  • Experience with process design, reviews, and improvement strategies.
  • Direct people management experience, including leadership of diverse global teams.
  • Proven ability to build deep relationships and drive strong collaboration.
