Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing supply plans to meet business demands.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create Master Resource Plans based on demand signals to ensure sufficient raw materials and components are available.
  • Support capacity planning to identify potential bottlenecks or risks to supply and develop mitigation proposals.
  • Set inventory levels by understanding demand volatility and supply chain lead times.
  • Track the execution of the supply plan with production scheduling and purchasing, ensuring performance deviations are managed.
  • Ensure products are phased in and planned correctly, and manage communication and timing for exiting products.
  • Communicate product portfolio status from a supply planning perspective.
  • Maintain all core supply planning system master data to focus on real supply issues.
  • Monitor KPIs such as Supply Plan Attainment, Safety Stock Health, Capacity Utilization, Back Orders, and Lead Time.

Requirements:

  • Degree level 8 in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a production, supply, or demand planning role with demonstrated knowledge and experience in planning.
  • Experience with IT planning systems, including SAP or equivalent ERP systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
