We are seeking a talented Global Network Planning Manager to lead our supply chain planning efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective supply chain strategies that drive business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts and capacity plans.
  • Optimize SNP processes to ensure flawless supply chain operations.
  • Lead the development of rough cut capacity plans (RCCP) with risk/tradeoff assumptions and feasible supply plans based on capacity.
  • Review multi-site constraints to balance Demand and Supply.
  • Support distribution planning, including further distribution between warehouse nodes, and redeployment of inventory to meet customer service goals.
  • Manage projects, programs, or processes for the SNP area.
  • Participate in S&OP/IBP Process to provide transparency of risks and opportunities and drive E2E decisions.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of related experience leading planning teams.
  • Experience with ERP (SAP/APO/SNP); Advanced Planning Systems (OMP).
  • Green Belt Six Sigma Certifications & Supply Chain Certification desirable.
  • Project Management Certification Preferred.
