Job Description

To deliver exceptional customer service and provide expert advice on all product ranges available in our Pharmacy.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to use discretion when addressing customer queries.

  • Provide product information and advice to customers across all product ranges in the Pharmacy.
  • Maintain good stock control, ensuring accurate rotation of stock, maintaining appropriate stock levels, and using correct suppliers.
  • Deliver professional and efficient customer service at all times, enhancing the relationship with customers.
  • Work effectively as part of the Pharmacy team, being flexible and adaptable, assisting in all areas of the Pharmacy operation as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with the Managing Pharmacist as appropriate to ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Participate in training and development programmes provided by the Pharmacy and be proactive in developing the job function.
  • Support other stakeholders within the pharmacy and throughout the network to ensure the delivery of company goals.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required

  • 1 year's experience in a similar role is preferable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills are essential.
  • Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
