Job Description

As a Brand Development Executive, you will play a key role in bringing Ireland's outstanding food, drink and horticulture to the world. Your primary responsibility will be to provide brand development services to our client companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support brand development projects by organising workshops, reviewing research, drafting briefs, and working with design agencies to deliver branding and packaging projects.
  • Work with team members to plan and deliver large to medium-sized brand marketing projects for clients by coordinating website and marketing activation briefing workshops, drafting creative briefs in response to business challenges, and working with digital and communications agencies to deliver brand activation projects.
  • Project manage the delivery of the Bord Bia Brand Health Check, a syndicated research programme that provides participating brands with tailored insights to help them evaluate brand strength, identify growth opportunities, and inform strategic planning.
  • Liaise with the wider team and work on bespoke and standardised research projects with 3rd party agencies.
  • Maintain relationships with 3rd party agencies, service providers, and organisations including brand strategy, design, research, marketing, and digital agencies.
  • Represent us at client-focused events and activities.
  • Support the brand development team with administrative and budgetary tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years' experience in brand marketing and/or insight or other relevant discipline role (agency or client side).
  • Strategic brand management, innovation, and brand activation.
  • Insight-led thinking and market research.
  • Agency and client management experience.
    • Digital first mindset.
    • Comfortable with a fast-paced culture focused on continuous improvement.
