Transformational Health and Fitness Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven manager to lead our health studio. As a transformational leader, you will be responsible for driving exceptional client outcomes and fostering a culture of accountability, passion, and empowerment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Client Results: Develop and implement strategies to achieve measurable client success
  • Studio Growth and Development: Lead the growth and development of our studio, focusing on innovative programming, marketing, and community engagement
  • Team Leadership: Foster a positive and productive team environment, ensuring each team member is empowered to reach their full potential
  • Client Retention: Develop and execute retention strategies to maintain a high level of client satisfaction and loyalty
  • 7-Star Client Care: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every client feels valued, supported, and motivated to achieve their goals
  • Gym Instruction: Provide expert instruction and guidance to clients, promoting safe and effective exercise practices
  • Client Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs, goals, and preferences
  • Gym Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the gym, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients

Suitable candidates will demonstrate:

  • A passion for health and fitness
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • A commitment to excellence and continuous improvement

Required qualifications include:

  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in the health and wellness industry
  • Personal training certification or equivalent experience
  • Desirable: sales, marketing, and customer service experience; university degree in health sciences
