Job Description

This role entails leading and supervising production teams to achieve targets in quality, quantity, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise production teams to meet goals in quality, quantity, safety, and cost reduction.
  • Establish a culture of teamwork, open communication, and continuous improvement among team members.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, waste management standards, and environmental guidelines.
  • Collaborate with service departments to facilitate smooth operations and support.
  • Monitor performance, conduct regular appraisals, and identify training needs for team members.
  • Maintain high standards of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ensure accurate documentation is up-to-date.
Requirements
  • A relevant third-level qualification with at least 5 years of experience in a fast-paced regulated manufacturing environment, including 2 years of people management experience.
  • Proven track record in a regulated manufacturing environment, ideally with supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Knowledge of GMP and quality standards in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and team development.
