As a Production Operator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting day-to-day operations of production lines. Your key responsibilities include operating and monitoring equipment to achieve target outputs and maintain quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the daily operation of production lines
  • Operate equipment to meet performance and quality targets
  • Maintain batch documentation and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Review and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize efficiency and minimize waste
  • Report any deviations from SOPs to your supervisor
Requirements:
  • Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification required
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills necessary
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and demonstrated reliability expected
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team

In addition to the above responsibilities, successful candidates should have a strong foundation in operational management and a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
