We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for building and remediating documents, including InDesign, PDFs, Word, and PowerPoint files.

You will upskill to learn how to make documents digitally accessible and develop an understanding of how to fix ADA PDFs. Your expertise will be invaluable in providing guidance for designs and providing accessibility training where required.

Our ideal candidate has extensive experience working as a Production Designer and is proficient in the full Adobe Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, and Photoshop. They are self-motivated with a desire to improve experiences for people with disabilities and possess advanced soft skills to translate requirements of inclusive design and accessibility to both teams and leadership.
