We are seeking an experienced lawyer to join our market-leading Competition and Regulatory team in Dublin. This role offers exposure to high-calibre, international work across the full range of competition and regulation matters.
Key Responsibilities- Advising on merger control, antitrust investigations, market studies, and appeals;
- Representing claimants and defendants in competition litigation;
- Providing counsel on Irish/EU regulatory issues, particularly within the telecoms, life sciences, and food industries;
- Collaborating closely with global teams to deliver commercial, client-focused solutions;
- Proactively identifying business development opportunities to support growth.
- A qualified solicitor with experience in competition law;
- Strong technical expertise in competition and regulatory law;
- Commercial acumen with an ability to stay updated on key legal and business trends;
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and develop networks;
- Excellent drafting skills, capable of delivering focused commercial advice.
