Main Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and respond promptly to their needs
- Assist customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries
- Process customer returns and exchanges seamlessly
Requirements and Qualifications
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle irate or difficult customers
- Detail-oriented with ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and contribute to a positive work culture
