Technical Leadership Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead to design, develop, and deliver high-quality integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

  • Design end-to-end integration solutions, ensuring alignment with tooling, methods, and governance processes.
  • Provide oversight on scalability, reusability, observability, and performance.
  • Review and approve system designs for critical initiatives, ensuring robust architecture.

This role involves defining engineering tools and methodologies, supporting code reviews, documentation, and development discipline. It also includes establishing reusable libraries, templates, and patterns for integration pipelines. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of overall experience, 4+ years in MuleSoft with hands-on expertise in Anypoint Studio, API Manager, and CloudHub, strong knowledge of SDLC, API lifecycle, and agile software engineering practices.

Required skills include troubleshooting complex integration issues, proposing long-term strategic fixes, and experience with version control, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have MuleSoft Certified Developer / Architect credentials, familiarity with Java, REST, OAuth2, SAML, and message brokers. Knowledge of banking or regulated industries is also beneficial, along with an understanding of compliance and risk management frameworks.
