St. Michaels House & Services is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team, supporting children and families with complex needs arising from disability.
This exciting opportunity will provide a quality evidence-based service in line with Progressing Disability Services (PDS) principles, including family-centred practice.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with paediatric disability, excellent communication and time management skills, and the ability to work in a self-directed manner.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing occupational therapy services to children with complex needs
- Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes
- Developing and implementing individualised plans to support children and their families
Candidates must possess:
- A degree or masters in occupational therapy accredited by the World Federation of Occupational Therapists
- Fully registered or registration in process with CORU
- A minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience
- Excellent communication and time management skills
