Leadership Role in Power Plant Operations

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the operations of our power plant, ensuring alignment with Maintenance teams and customer instructions. The successful candidate will have expertise in Steam Boilers and Steam Turbine plants.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the Operations function to achieve and maximize plant availability and efficiency while meeting targets.
- Lead the operations team, ensuring material management, purchasing, and contract management meet company standards and support operations within budget.
- Participate in implementing our Renewable Energy Business Management System and coordinate interfaces with customers, partners, regulatory authorities, and accreditation bodies.
- Develop and implement a resource plan for the operations team extending to 2030 and beyond.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent in a related technical discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience with Steam Boilers and Steam Turbine plants.
- Opportunity to work with a cutting-edge renewable energy business management system.
- Chance to develop and implement a long-term resource plan.
