About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Architect OT/IT to support our client in delivering leading strategy and architecture services to their corporate clients.

This is a permanent, hybrid role with a mix of working on-site with key clients, remote work, and time in our client's Dublin HQ.

You will work across the smart grid domain to design and deliver transformation programs related to operational technology (ADMS, OMS, SCADA, DRMS, DERMS, EMS, GIS).

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy business solutions including benefit and cost analysis, process design, use case definition, business and functional requirements, and integrations with upstream and downstream systems.
  • Develop and deploy architectures to support IT/OT integration across ERP (with focus on SAP/S4 Hana), MES, Historian, and SCADA.
  • Closely collaborate with other dedicated technology professionals to maintain our client's market reputation for delivering quality outcomes for their diverse client portfolio.

Your Impact:

You will build out a wider understanding amongst our client's internal team and external clients on key concepts, terminologies, frameworks, and architectures associated with the Internet of Things (IoT). You will also provide thought-leadership to key clients when it comes to the protection of 'Critical Infrastructure', ensuring minimum Business / Operational downtime due to Security breaches.

Your Background:

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in Cyber considerations, particularly within the IT/OT environment (ranging from edge devices through to Information Technology). A scalable IT/OT strategy implementation track record with data ingestion through edge to Cloud is essential.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) would be beneficial.
  • A decent understanding of key concepts of machine-to-machine (M2M) communication and respective communication protocols such as Profibus, CAN, IP Protocols.
  • EU Citizenship or Stamp 4 OR Stamp 1G Visa required.
