Claims Leadership Role

As a key figure in this leadership role, you'll direct a team of claims professionals and foster strong relationships with priority clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and support a team of 20+ claims specialists
  • Manage key client accounts
  • Maintain smooth client-focused claims operations

In this role, you'll be responsible for driving innovation and efficiency, particularly around digital tools and simplified claims handling. You'll also contribute to wider divisional planning and create an open and collaborative culture within the team.

To succeed in this position, you'll need a solid management background in claims or commercial insurance, as well as excellent communication and influencing skills. A CIP, Dip CII, or equivalent qualification is advantageous.
