Travel Claims Expert

We are seeking a skilled Travel Claims Assessor to perform key tasks and deliver excellent service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the 'Work Action' Log to identify and prioritize workload efficiently.
- Assess Travel Claims according to established guidelines, policy wordings, and technical requirements.
- Maintain accurate and professional claim files and records.
- Process claim payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform role responsibilities in accordance with personal claims handling license.
- Refer decisions outside of personal claims license to Team Leader promptly.
- Identify fraud, recoveries, and complaints at earliest opportunity.
- Communicate clearly within team and with claimant.
- Knowledge of Travel Insurance Products and Policy Wordings is essential.
- Familiarity with the Claim Life Cycle is necessary.
- Strong analytical and numeracy skills are required.
- Excellent attention to detail with focus on accuracy.
- Proficiency in IT, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Notes).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently with personal initiative and innovation.
