Job Description:

The Travel Claims Assessor role is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a meaningful impact. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and assessing travel claims to ensure that professional service is provided in compliance with client and regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with the team leader to identify and prioritize your workload, ensuring that all claim files are managed and assessed in a professional manner. Your attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in providing excellent service to both claimants and clients.

  • Manage and assess travel claims to ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with the team leader to identify and prioritize your workload
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of claim payments
  • Perform role in accordance with your claims handling license
Required Skills and Qualifications:Key Responsibilities

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Good knowledge of travel insurance products and policy wordings
  • Good analytical and numeracy skills
  • Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
  • IT literate with good knowledge of Word, Excel, and Notes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
