Key Roles
This position within the Motor Division involves desktop administration, investigation, and negotiation of motor claims, as well as handling complaints for a key motor client.
Responsibilities
Manage proactively a portfolio of 150+ bodily injury and third-party motor damage files, meeting closure and quality targets.
Experience with complaint handling and familiarity with CPC requirements is advantageous.
Conduct liability investigations and determinations.
Investigate and settle claims efficiently and compliantly.
Manage relationships with suppliers/vendors.
Provide excellent customer service to clients.
Collaborate with team members and liaise with clients and other departments.
Represent the business professionally and positively.
Maintain a positive attitude amid challenges and changing needs.
Be flexible with time and willing to travel as needed.
Qualifications/Skills
CIP qualification in insurance.
Minimum 5 years' experience handling bodily injury and third-party motor damage claims.
Understanding of PIAB and litigation processes.
Decision-making and numeric skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Motivated, proactive, and influential.
Problem-solving skills.
Client-oriented with attention to detail.
Excellent negotiation skills.
