You will be responsible for proactively managing a portfolio of bodily injury and third-party motor damage files, meeting closure and quality targets. You will conduct liability investigations and determinations, investigate and settle claims efficiently and compliantly, and manage relationships with suppliers/vendors.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of bodily injury and third-party motor damage files
- Conducting liability investigations and determinations
- Investigating and settling claims efficiently and compliantly
- Managing relationships with suppliers/vendors
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients
To succeed in this role, you will need strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as decision-making and analytical skills. You should also have a CIP qualification in insurance, minimum 5 years' experience handling bodily injury and third-party motor damage claims, and an understanding of PIAB and litigation processes.
