  • Manage project quality over the lifecycle and ensure build quality meets expectations.
  • Ensure project costs are managed and prelims/packages are tightly controlled.

  • Maintain positive relationships with the client team through concise project controls and reporting keeping them informed of all risks operationally and commercially including delays and potential claims.
