Job Description
This Recruitment Consultant role involves building relationships with candidates and clients across the IT market. You will source and deliver high-quality candidates for our partnered clients, advertise roles through various media outlets, and manage candidate and client expectations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for gaining insights into your market, managing your own desk in a fast-paced environment, and meeting and surpassing KPIs and targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's or Third-Level qualification, along with 1-2 years of professional experience in a client-facing role. You should be driven and ambitious, with a strong desire to develop your career. Experience in sales or recruitment is highly beneficial, but not essential.
