We are seeking a skilled and welcoming Front Office professional to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and creating a positive first impression.

About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have previous experience in a reception or front desk role, preferably in a hotel or similar hospitality setting. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
You will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, managing check-in/check-out procedures, and providing information on hotel services and local attractions. You will also handle guest feedback, answer incoming calls and emails, and perform administrative duties such as billing and cash handling.
