Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Operations Manager to join our team at Three Ireland.

As a key member of our Commercial Leadership Team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating end-to-end technical services and operational partner performance for 48. You will have overall accountability for defining and driving the 48 technical and Service Management strategy.

You will own critical relationships with 3rd party technical partners and internal technical, architectural, and operational teams within Three Ireland. Your responsibilities will include creating and owning strategies and roadmaps for all 48 operational services, taking input from and providing input into business and technology strategies and roadmaps.

Additionally, you will forecast demand and plan any investment in your services, reporting on financial performance and performance against the KPIs and SLAs agreed with stakeholders. You will identify resources necessary to operate and develop your services, ensuring all core capabilities are in place with service partners.

Your expertise in ITIL and other operational governance frameworks will be invaluable in developing and operating controls to assure the quality of services you manage. You will work closely with It Ops to ensure the management of end-to-end services and operational partner performance.

Our ideal candidate will have experience working in a multi-technology partner environment, directing management of critical services, technology platforms, and service integrations. They will also possess strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates and insight.
