Job DescriptionWe are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Operations team as a Technical Operations & Site Reliability Engineer. As a key member of our global distributed systems team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the reliability, availability, and performance of our business-critical systems.
- Manage large-scale production outages and lead incident response efforts to improve efficiency.
- Design, build, and maintain automation solutions to streamline monitoring, sustenance, and management of large-scale distributed systems.
- Develop tools and software to automate repetitive operational tasks, reduce manual intervention, and improve system reliability.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in using AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance operational efficiency.
- Strong understanding of standard networking protocols and components.
- Proficiency in Java, JEE, REST, Swift/Objective C, database schema design, and data access technologies.
- Ability to interpret data from systems like Hubble, ExtraHop, Splunk, and other monitoring tools.
