Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Operations Director to spearhead the financial management of our organization. This role is pivotal in driving financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic financial leadership and support to senior management, including financial analysis to inform business strategy.
  • Ensure effective Internal Controls are established and functioning.
  • Deliver tactical financial guidance across the organization, partnering with executive leaders to drive decision-making and performance.
  • Support the finance team in developing financial plans, forecasts, budgets, and analyses to support both short-term and long-term business objectives.
  • Manage the financial requirements in support of business strategies, financial modeling, and capital expenditures.
  • Oversee continuous improvement of accounting and financial processes to achieve best practices and optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with IT teams to support ongoing enhancements.
  • Pursue cost savings and cost reduction initiatives by working closely with operational stakeholders.
  • Nurture and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners, service providers, and regulatory agencies.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in financial operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Deep expertise in financial operations processes, systems, and controls.
  • Proven track record of driving operational efficiency, automation, and system upgrades.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, MBA, or similar advanced credential.
