Job Title: Front Office Team Member

This is a great opportunity to join our team and be part of delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who is passionate about hospitality and has a knack for creating unique experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking ownership of the guest journey to continuously raise the bar and create a truly memorable experience
  • Developing a deep understanding of our guests' needs and preferences
  • Demonstrating a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Working collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintaining a high level of knowledge about our city, its attractions, and local culture
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in a front office environment, preferably within the hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of property management systems
  • Flexibility with regards to shifts available per week
