Electrical Supervisor Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our team in delivering major power and ESB framework projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Electrician to take on a supervisory position, leveraging their expertise to ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures while supporting site management with records, reporting, and equipment orders.

The ideal candidate will have proven supervisory experience on live substations (33kV+) and excellent communication and organisational skills. Fluency in English is essential.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to all EHSQ policies and procedures
  • Site Support: Assist site management with records, reporting, and equipment orders
  • Electrical System Safety: Inspect, diagnose, and test electrical systems for safety and compliance
  • Cable Installation: Connect and test cables, circuit breakers, transformers, CT/VT, and related components
  • Electrical Layout Planning: Plan and oversee installation and layout of electrical wiring and fixtures
  • Equipment Supervision: Supervise assembly, installation, and testing of electrical equipment
  • Substation Leadership: Lead activities on live substations (33kV and higher)
