Electrical Supervisor Opportunity

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of electrical works on major power and ESB framework projects. This role offers a dynamic work environment with structured progression, specialist training, and relocation support for international candidates.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership skills and expertise in electrical systems management. You will have the chance to work with a high-performing project delivery team and contribute to the successful execution of complex electrical infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures, including regular site inspections and risk assessments.
  • Support site management with records, reporting, and equipment orders, using industry-standard software and tools.
  • Inspect, diagnose, and test electrical systems for safety and compliance, using specialized equipment and techniques.
  • Connect and test cables, circuit breakers, transformers, CT/VT, and related components, adhering to strict quality control standards.
  • Plan and oversee installation and layout of electrical wiring and fixtures, working closely with designers and engineers.
  • Supervise assembly, installation, and testing of electrical equipment, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Lead activities on live substations (33kV and higher), managing teams and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Qualified Electrician with proven supervisory experience on live substations (33kV+).
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with ability to lead teams and manage competing priorities.
  • Fluent spoken and written English, with strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Training & Development Provided, including ESB induction training, Full PICW training, and SafePass training.
