Key Responsibilities and Duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Undertaking spot checks with healthcare assistants within the community
  • Client reviews in relation to the care they are continuing to receive
  • Communicating and participating effectively with the Quality and Compliance team
  • Maintaining relationships with the HSE
  • Staff shadowing and Health & Safety policies
  • Emergency response and Rapid response packages
  • Evaluating and monitoring the quality of care delivered to clients


Essential Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant health or social care background
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in Healthcare
  • Full QQI Level 5 Major award in Healthcare Support
  • Level 6 in Supervisory Management
  • A clean driving license and access to a car
