Midwifery Leadership Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled midwife to take on a leadership position and play a key role in the delivery of high-quality maternity services.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team of midwives and nurses to provide exceptional patient care.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in midwifery, with experience of leading and managing teams and developing strategies to improve maternal and fetal health outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- To lead and manage a team of midwives and nurses to deliver high-quality maternity services.
- To develop and implement strategies to improve maternal and fetal health outcomes.
- To collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote normality in pregnancy and childbirth.
- To ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- Registered nurse or midwife on the Register of Nurses and Midwives.
- 3rd-level qualification in a health-related subject or commitment to complete within 3 years.
- Minimum 7 years' relevant midwifery experience, including 3 years at CMM2 level.
- Demonstrated depth and breadth of midwifery experience.
- Evidence of relevant CPD and change management experience.
