We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Clinical Midwife Manager. This position involves managing a team and workload, communicating effectively in a multidisciplinary team, maintaining annual registration on the relevant division of the Register of Nurses & Midwives, and demonstrating evidence of ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Registration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of annual registration on the relevant division of the Register of Nurses & Midwives.
  • Professional Development: Stay current with industry developments and best practices, participating in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Registration: Hold current registration in the relevant division of the Register of Nurses & Midwives maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
  • Experience: Possess at least 3 years post-registration full-time experience in the specialist or related area.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate exceptional ability to communicate effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting.
