Clinical Leadership Role

The Clinical Lead will work collaboratively with the Director of Care to ensure a consistently high standard of care is provided to residents. This individual must be enthusiastic, motivated and focused on delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure quality of care is maintained in accordance with HIQA regulations and best practices
  • Supervise the day-to-day activities of nursing and care staff members
  • Coordinate and manage resident activities and events
Requirements
  • Registered with the relevant professional body
  • Excellent clinical, leadership and organisational skills are essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective collaboration with colleagues and residents
  • Sound decision-making ability and problem-solving skills are necessary for this role
  • Experience in caring for elderly populations is highly valued
