Financial Leadership Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts, providing insightful commentary on financial performance and trends.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor a small team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their continued growth and development.
  • Cultural Development: Drive a culture of continuous improvement across the business, promoting innovation and excellence in all aspects of financial operations.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement budgets and forecasts, working closely with departmental managers to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • KPI Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators, ensuring that financial targets are met and exceeded.
Requirements:
  • Accounting Qualifications: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, leading and developing high-performing finance teams.
  • Technical Skills: Strong Excel and ERP skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop insights-driven solutions.
