Job Title: Gops Trainer

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Gops Trainer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to staff and ground handling agents across our extensive network.

Duties:
  • Training Delivery: You will be responsible for delivering training to staff and ground handling agents in Dublin Airport and across our network.
  • Lesson Plan Development: You will develop and update lesson plans, training materials, and instructor materials to comply with legislative requirements and company procedures and objectives.
  • Training Planning and Scheduling: You will assist with planning and scheduling of training requirements to relevant divisions through our network.
  • Course Coordination: You will coordinate and conduct initial and recurrent training courses using various delivery methods such as classroom, online, and practical training.
  • Deficiency Identification: You will identify and resolve course/lesson deficiencies.
  • Operational Response: You will be an integral part of an operational response team, leading the launch of new airports and bases, driving improvement in underperforming locations, and assisting ground handling partners where operationally required.
  • System Testing: You will conduct system testing and identify potential barriers to user efficiency.

In order to succeed in this role, you will require effective planning, organization, and time management skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. A willingness to travel is also essential.

Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: You will have previous airport or Ground Operations experience.
  • Skills: You will possess effective planning, organization, and time management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
