Job Title: Leadership Mentor

  • Collaborate with senior management to deliver high-quality client-focused services
  • Develop and implement strategies for the existing service catering to adults with acquired brain injury and mental health issues
  • Ensure adherence to HIQA regulations and Rehab Care standards

Responsibilities include:

  • Effectively managing daily operations of a person-centred service
  • Providing guidance and supervision to staff within the respite service
  • Communicating with families and other personnel as directed by senior management

Requirements include:

  • Third-level qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Proven experience in leadership and supervision, including working within a HIQA registered service
