Deputy Leader for Vulnerable Children

Establishing a residential care home for separated children seeking international protection requires an exceptional leader. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Deputy Person in Charge.
This critical position demands an individual with outstanding management skills, coupled with extensive experience in managing staff teams and collaborating with multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent supervisory and leadership abilities.
The successful incumbent will oversee the daily operations of the residential care home, fostering a supportive environment that prioritizes the needs of our young residents. A deep understanding of working with vulnerable children is essential, as well as experience in providing care in community settings.
Key qualifications include:
- At least 3 years of demonstrable management experience in a similar setting
- Proven ability to manage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in supervising and leading others, with a focus on staff development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
