Beauty Consultant Role


This is a part-time, fixed-term sales consultant position within the Planet Beauty Department at our Brown Thomas Galway Store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and product knowledge to drive sales and customer loyalty.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating memorable in-store experiences through extraordinary service delivery
  • Meeting and exceeding customer needs through product knowledge and rapport building
  • Building customer loyalty through attentive services and showcasing loyalty programs
  • Attending daily team briefings to understand targets and promotions
  • Promoting sustainable products across your department
  • Staying knowledgeable about product lines in other departments and introducing related products to customers
  • Maintaining the highest level of merchandising standards
  • Replenishing stock to ensure all items are on the shop floor
  • Learning, understanding, and complying with all company policies and procedures
