Key Role in the Sales Team

The successful Brand Ambassador will be an integral part of the sales team, working closely with the Diageo Sales team to drive sales and advocacy for Diageo draught cocktail units.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers and publicans to provide a memorable and positive experience.
  • Ask questions and listen to fully understand their needs and ensure the product is working for them.
  • Educate the customer on the best serve, how to market the product within the outlet and ensuring the quality meets everyone's expectations.
  • Help the publican with their sales proposition to customers and feed back any relevant information to the Diageo Sales team.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role you should have excellent communication skills, be persuasive and have a desire to develop a career in sales, keeping the customer at the core of everything you do. You should also be curious, always seeking new ways to do things, and finding solutions to challenges.

Experience of working in the on-trade sector would be an advantage but not necessary.
