Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to join our team in Ireland. This role is part of a leading food production business that supplies high-quality meat products across the country and beyond.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine quality checks across the production process to ensure all products meet internal and customer specifications.
  • Monitor critical control points and complete documentation to support audits and uphold food safety and quality standards.
  • Work closely with production teams to maintain high-quality products and adhere to HACCP and GMP principles.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a quality role within food manufacturing, preferably in meat or chilled environments.
  • A solid understanding of HACCP, GMP, and basic food safety principles.
  • Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
