Key Responsibilities

  2. Deliver exceptional customer experiences by demonstrating the Volkswagen Passenger Car products in a friendly and non-pressurised way.">
  3. Utilise digital tools to receive and follow-up on customer enquiries and support our paperless deal processing.">
  4. Offer advice to customers based on their needs to assist them on their purchasing journey.">
  5. Ensure all customers receive a premium brand experience in line with Frank Keane values.">
  6. Adhere to the key steps of the Sales Process.">

Main Duties

  2. Stay up-to-date with the latest product information and share this knowledge with the Sales Team.">
  3. Engage in continued learning through internal and manufacturer training portal courses.">
  4. Utilise our Virtual sales platforms to engage with and follow-up on customers from initial enquiry stage to delivery of their new Volkswagen.">
  5. Achieve monthly sales targets, along with manufacturer objectives in relation to customer satisfaction and other KPIs.">
  6. Sell appropriate ancillary products relevant to the vehicle and customer.">
